The products offered for sale on prestigeboxing.fr are boxing and combat sports equipment selected from third-party suppliers. Photos and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly depending on batches and suppliers.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). Prestige Boxing reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a summary of your order.

5. Delivery

Please note: The indicated times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to logistical factors beyond our control.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

The products offered on Prestige Boxing are shipped from warehouses located outside the European Union. As such, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by the customs authorities of your country upon receipt of the package.

These potential fees are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the selling price or in the shipping costs displayed on our site. Prestige Boxing cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.

We recommend that you inquire with the customs authorities in your country before placing an order.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
• Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return, via the original payment method.
